Bobby Audley

For the past decade, Bobby has traveled the country helping teams and organizations create positive energy Cultures of Connection. As a keynote speaker, Bobby has spoken on stages in 36 states at national conferences, Fortune 500 companies and to Team USA. He has given two TEDx talks and he has worked intimately with some of the best athletic programs and coaches in the world. Bobby has been a part of team success at every level of sport, most recently serving on the staff for the 2022 Boys Lacrosse High School National Champions St. Johns College High School in Washington D.C.

When not on the road, Bobby is a partner and co-Director of Timber Lake West. West is one of the nation's premier sleep-away summer camps nestled in New York's Catskill Mountains. During the summer West offers traditional short-session camping for kids age 8-16 years old. In the off-season West hosts breathtaking weddings and life-changing team retreats.

When not on the road or at camp, Bobby lives in the Washington DC-Baltimore area with his wife Danielle and their daughter Addison.
